If I could give this management company negative stars I would. They are completely incompetent and no one ever replies in a timely manner. They told me my issue was fixed twice when I was staring right at the issue and it was still not fixed. Then it got fixed. In additional recently I had a leak and they told me I had to inform everyone in my "building" of the need to shut water off, when I live in a townhome. I asked had he ever stepped on my property before? He said no. These people are absolutely incompetent and believe me when I say we will be working on getting a new management as soon as I research how!
