To be really really honest I didn't have a very good experience with Abbey Capitol Floors and Interiors. There were a few minor issues but they were things that shouldn't happen at a "reliable" company. The first issue I had with them is when I called to confirm the time and date of my install everyone seemed very confused. Nobody could tell me when they were coming and I was very suspicious. When they finally came by to do the installation they ran out of carpet before everything was completed. I expected them to come back later in the day to finish the job but I had to call them later in the week to remind them. Overall not a good experience although the carpet looks nice.
