Luis went above and beyond with Customer Service, he came on time we discussed price for new water heater. He installed right away, there was additional problems with wet carpet in storage area which he removed for me and disposed of. I live alone so this to me was wonderful. This company from the first phone call at 7am was quick to understand my problem and came within a few hours. If you need service call KC's trust me you won't be disappointed. Thank you to Luis!!
