When I called for emergency service, I was told that no technician was available and was scheduled for after hour service at an additional cost. But then, I received a call back and was told that there was an unexpected cancellation and was able to get service earlier than expected.
Our technician was Brady, very clean and professional. He went right to work. He immediately saw that raw sewage flooded the basement and advised that I call a disaster cleanup relief company.
As Brady was working on the clog, he suggested that a camera be sent through the line to check the integrity of the pipes. Shortly afterwards, another technician arrived. As we evaluated the pipes through the camera, there was evidence that the pipes have corroded in some areas and portions of the pipes were out of alignment due to age.
A proposed work order was presented. Due to the age of our home, it was suggested that most of the old pipes through out the house be replaced.
I was impressed with the new technology of reinforcing the pipes interior with plastic and how quickly the work was done. The actual repair work was completed in three days.
I would highly recommend Scott Hale Plumbing. Although I was only expecting to have my drain unclogged, it was necessary to have the proposed work done. The work was not cheap by any means. I had to make a loan to cover the expense. But, it was the right time and worthed the cost.
