I had just started chemo therapy when I went into Brenda Kays shop - I had not lost my hair yet, but was just exploring my options. I made it clear when I got there that I was just looking and that this was the first place I had even explored - just wanted to get ideas, see what was available, prices, etc. Having just been diagnosed and beginning treatment, I was an emotional cripple to put it mildly. I feel like Brenda Kay was unprofessional because before I knew what was happening, she was slapping wigs on my head, and then telling me she had another 'client' waiting. I felt pressured and bullied but in my emotional state was unable to defend myself so I ended up walking out of there with a $225. wig that I HATE and DON'T want and will NEVER wear. She absolutely REFUSES to take it back. I realize it says on the receipt no refunds but as I said, I felt vulnerable and bullied and rushed to buy this.
