Just received my box of tiles in perfect condition. The process was long but communication with the business representative kept me in the loop. It was worth the wait to receive a box of my discontinued tile and not have to replace my kitchen tile since I love the one I had originally installed. Once I had a phone number and could speak with someone in person I was more confident about working with them. It was a little pricey but that is the business they are in and it is a matter of supply and demand. 14.95 is a fee for them to check their inventory and not a scam. They checked their inventory and located my tile. I may have felt scammed if they hadn't located my tile so I can understand why some reviewers may have felt that way. My purpose for leaving this review is so others know that they are a real business, and if they have your tile, you can choose to purchase it if you are willing to pay the price. My box of 11 tiles was 249.99, shipping included. It was worth it to me because I can't just replace a kitchen without having to replace a very large breakfast room area as well. If you need a significant amount of the tile it may not be worth it.
