Review content:
I went in it get my Bluetooth fixed. Since I work a lot, I need my vehicle. So after a lot of coaxing, Nathan agreed to help me get a rental vehicle. When he called enterprise, they were out of vehicles. So I had to wait for an hour while they checked out my vehicle. Nathan then came back and told me they couldn't fix my car because they didn't have the right part in stock. He said they would order it and call me when it was in. This has been almost three weeks and still no phone call. I am a mom and work a full time job. I feel like my time was wasted and no one did what they said they were going to do. Now I have to drive the 30 miles back to the dealership, when I finally have some extra time and if that part ever comes in, and cross my fingers that a car rental place has a vehicle that I can use. I mean, it's not like your dealership has a thousand cars just sitting there or anything.
