Lloyd participated in the modification of my Dominion Virginia Power meter box as part of a team sent by Dominion to resolve my claim against Dominion Virginia Power. There was no cost to me for this service. At the conclusion, Lloyd made concrete suggestions for me to consider which could improve my satisfaction with the performance of my home power system and my reserve standby generator. Lloyd was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant to work with and very neat.
