I went into the store yesterday, Tuesday, Jan 27, 2009, and I must say all I get is this damn female Manager on the phone, all I get is please hold on....what kind of service is this? I went in there for someone to recommend me the best GPS cause I only now have my own car and I needed one to guide me to my destinations. I think this female employee should review the customer service manual how to treat a customer when he/she walks in the store. I really cannot remember the name or I would mentioned it...something starts with a 'S'. Anyway, I was so angry that I went to another store. I thought I should let the public knows. When I signed in to add my comments, I read a comment from someone about a Mr. Fleming, maybe he should provide some training to this lady 'S' who was on her phone all the time I was there on how to treat customers.
