PEP BOYS IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! I took my 00 pontiac grand prix to pepboys in nov.2009, I told them to fix my Power steering, 3 window motors, and brakes. they told me my brakes were fine but I should get a tune up, and new tires so I did, When I got my car back $2200.00 & 1 week later they hadn't fixed nothing!! My power steering was worse than before I took in, they fixed my windows but somehow the one window that worked before I brought my car in was now broke, my door panel was hanging off, my engine light was on, and abs light was on too. I took it back up there and they were very rude to me, they told me it was my rack not the pump, well isn't that thier job to fix the right thing, instead I truly believe they broke other stuff intentionally cause I was so quick to pay the $2200.00 but I used a CC I don't have $ to blow like that, I will never go back there and strongly recommend for no one else too either
