I have been in Burbank 15 years, and had all work done on all my vehicles at PeP boys. But now there is new people there. Last time I went there I asked to have radiator flush. Well, two hours later they say radiator cracked, have to replace rADIATOR. Very strange, as the women before me also was told by pep boys radiator cracked. What they did was use a channel locks or pliers and broke the outlet from radiator-trying to take off hose. They said it was already cracked. There was no leaks, and no cracks before. Then they put a substandard rediator in-with a rebuilt white top. 3 or 4 hundred dollars later-after I complained, they put in another rebuilt radiator. I was not happy. Then 3 months ago I had a heater hose crack, with steam coming out of crack in hose. I showed them crack, told them to replace both hoses. I am on disability, had taken off one hose day before-used my sort of good hand-took 1 hour. They took 3 1/2 hours-charged me $284 DOLLARS-and I got very pissed off. I showed
