Review content:
I brought my heels in to add new soles. When I picked up my shoes, they were damaged in places I did not have work done. To make matters worse, AMY, the owner's daughter had a terrible attitude toward me when I showed her the damage that was done. Instead of getting customer service, I got an ill mannered person telling me that I had imagined the damage and refused to take responsibility for it.\r

To top it off, I sent my shoes to the shop in it's original wrapping and box. Amy tore the wrapping and dismissed me when I brought it up. Her response was, ""it's just paper"". My answer to her was that it was paper she didn't pay for. \r
\r
They need to fire AMY who is the owner's daughter and hire some better workers in the front and back of the shop. This is truly a Mom and Pop shop that you want to avoid unless you like being verbally abused!
Cons: BAD customer service, poor craftsmanship.
