Review content:
The attitude of the sales staff is unbelievably bad. I can't even get a receipt for the final payment. Management has strict policies. Staff cannot provide an invoice for review prior to purchase. Staff cannot provide delivery options prior to receipt of final payment. Staff cannot provide a paid in full receipt until the delivery date.
This has been the most unnecessarily unpleasant and frustrating shopping experience I have ever had. I hope the delivery goes well and the bed is nice and comfortable.
Life is short. Why not just try to be nice to your customers and give them the polite service they ask for? I can't make sense of the addition. Good luck!
