---Hah! When I first moved in the 'N' was missing so it was Pie Tree Village. That was more than 3 years ago. Nice place to live. Quiet. Mainly college students. Quiet ones. Only rarely do we hear our neighbors. We've only been in downstairs units. \r \r ---Grounds are well landscaped and clean. Gardeners come by Thursday and Tuesday (early!, but it makes the place look nice:) Turner security drives through at night. Gate actually works. No code, just remote control. Great location. Good for Fresno State Students. School's like 1.5 miles down the street. I'm still late everyday though :). Freeway not too far and we're down the street from Target, Best Buy, Jamba, Subway, Game Stop, Pets Mart, Walgreens, Longs, etc...\r ----We just moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Nice upgrade. It was recently renovated and has 18" tile in kitchen, living room, hall, 1st bath, and second half bath. Both rooms have carpet. I love the tile! Keeps the apt tons cooler than carpet, and it looks nice. \r --
