Review content:
They charged me more than the agreed apon price that I got booking online. The car was fine. Trying to get the Orlando branch onthe phone was a nightmare. I tried the customer service number, they couldn't help me. Then I Googled the Orlando branch, called that number and got customer service again. I tried almost every number from the options with Customer service until finally I found someone willing to ring me over directly to the Orlando branch. I wanted to REMOVE the extra insurance as I found out my credit card covers it for free. They said that I would have to bring the car in for an inspection before they could take the coverage off. I could understand this policy for adding coverage in the event that I crashed the car or something but why require an inspection to remove coverage? They most likely do this because they know I wouldn't want to waste $10 in tolls and a couple hours of my time to save $30. They did however remove the fuel service when I asked, which i appreciate.
