I came on the recommendation of a friend. I drove 25 minutes to get there. Upon arrival Gerald was standing in the work area talking with someone, as I got out of the car I could hear it was a personal conversation not auto repair related. I went into the office and another customer was checking out which took about 2 minutes. The lady behind the counter asked how could she help, I told her that I spoke with Gerald yesterday about my auto, she said just a minute, she went out and told him I was there. He continued his conversation with the other customer for nearly 10 minutes before he even acknowledged I was there. In our conversation the day before I told him I could not get the expensive part he was requesting that I get, and he said we would discuss options when I got there. Well because I would not get what he wanted me to get he handed me my keys and told me to go to another mechanic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER.
