I was sent to Tanya by a friend of mine who claimed that she was the best in Portland. I am here to say that as far as I am concerned, she is the best and will be the only person that I ever let put any tattoo on my body ever again.\r

I went in with a mess of a tattoo that was over 20 years old and wanted it covered up. I had a lot of ideas that I thought might look good and Tanya helped me figure out with her expertise and caring for the her work, what would look the best. I am not an artist and so I put my trust into her. Basically what I thought was going to look good would have been a disaster and she helped me see this. What she did for me is absolutely beautiful and perfect. I love it and could not be anymore happier. Might I add that everyone who see it is in awe of how beautiful it is.\r

Tanya is a true professional who loves and takes pride in her work. Her studio and the atmosphere that she works in makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.\r

If your are serious and want a lifelong piece of beautiful art on your body, then email her for a consultation. The fact that she is booked up months and months in advance speaks for her work. If you want a beautiful tattoo that you are proud to show everyone, the wait is worth it.\r

I am now a piece of art in the making. Since my first cover up piece with her. I now have my next piece scheduled and can hardly wait. We are already speaking months in advance to do another cover up piece that I am thrilled about getting done and continuing my relationship with Tanya. I need to say that the tattoo's that she is covering up were NOT her work.\r

Above The Pearl Tattoo and creator Tanya Magdalena is the finest and most professional that you could search for.\r

Oh, and I feel like I made a new friend. Thats a bonus!
