They have had my car for 19 days now, and its still not right. The first time they said it was ready, the roof of the car was all scratched up and damaged. Now, thats not their fault, they didnt do that and the insurance claim covered the front end. You would think they would report the roof damage to the insurance company but no. So that was last week. On friday they said it would be ready for pick up friday afternoon. I went there today and the car is still damaged. Instead of properly fixing it, they tried to buff one of the major scratches. It didnt work and the response was, well it looked good after it was done but guess it showed back up over the weekend. So I guess they just expect it to look good long enough for you to pay them and drive away. We have been without this car for 27 days now. Im regretting that I had my car sent there. If their work was as good as their excuses, they would be the best shop in middle ga. Do not recommend RCI to anyone that expects their car done right the first 3 times.
