I had put my trust in Dr Proctor at his new clinic Rigsby Animal Clinic with my pet and needless to say a tumor was discovered on my pet. Dr Proctor did the surgery and only a partial of the tumor was removed. He admitted to not removing the tumor in it's entirety but would try to removed the rest for an additional fee. After the first surgery and results I trusted him again on a lump on my pets shoulder and again the problem was not solved and not sure on the fix for the problem . I have spent allot of money at Rigsby Animal Clinic for guess I can work and half the job done. Is saving a buck or two really worth putting you pet's health in jeopardy for guess work. I have experienced rudeness with his staff and it would not phase him any. I was asked to never return as a client after questioning him on a medication that was given by him and has harmed my pet. I am now seeking help at Dodd's where the staff and Vets have a much better attitude towards the client and your pet. They'll r
