I had to get my carpet cleaned because there was something wrong with the carpet itself and the manufacturer wouldn't do anything about it until I had it professionally cleaned. I looked up carpet cleaning places on the internet and came up with Spectrum Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. The insurance company gave me a certain amount of money for the cleaning and I called Spectrum and asked them if they could do it for that. The owner was very accommodating and said that they would. They came out and did it very quickly and professionally. The technician was very personable. It was great!
