I just read the listed review and I remember the conversation. I believe that you misunderstood. I suggested that you come in for a private before you go into a class so I could become familiar with your body. I have had many people in the past that said they had done pilates before. When they came into class without taking the private first, it was clear that they truly did not understand the work. I have learned form my mistakes.\r When a person comes in for the first time, I require three privates before they go into a class. The reason this is done is so the individual does not feel lost and understands what is being asked of them. In a perfect world I would be able to put beginner people in a beginner class, but that is not how it works. If someone does 3 privates (there have been times that I have told someone after one private that I believe they would be fine in a class and they do not have to do any more and there are other times that I suggest the individual take more tha
