Stumbled onto this jazzy upscale bistro style restaurant off Hwy 60 on Kings Rd in Brandon literally by mere chance Friday Jan 24th. Had family in town for the Gasparilla 15K and was looking for somewhere to carbo-load the nite before the race... Della's had no problems assisting in that department. From the melt-in-your mouth fresh baked sunflower seed rolls to the Pasta Primevera in Alfredo sauce - the carbs were deliciously abundant. My parents had the fresh Salmon, and a prime steak cut with a choice red wine that made their dining experience memorable indeed. The service was impecable - we never had to ask for anything that one of the Della Staff wasn't right on top of ... they worked strongly as a team. This may be too nice and fancy for a regular Weekend date dinner, but I seriously doubt it... its always good to pamper oneself in this kind of causal elegance when you wind down your week.. We collectively gave Della's 2 thumbs up and we will be back NO DOUBT
