I can't thank the staff at RA Nichols enough for their help this past February during an ice storm that left us without power for 5 days. I called them to ask how best to protect my boiler and water pipes for the upcoming subzero temperatures and instead they offered to come right over that very day, making their way around downed trees and blocked roads, with a portable generator. Thanks to them we had heat and light during a difficult time and no frozen pipes!! RA Nichols has done a lot of work for us over the years as we restored an old farm house, from basic plumbing to a new boiler and heat system, and have always provided excellent service and expertise, always going the extra mile.
