Stay Away from Serious Juggling.\r

Serious Juggling charged $150- to my credit card in July 2013. It is now March 2014. I have received nothing, and when I have called, email or texted to request update or politely complain,\r
I have received weeks of no response, followed by rude, profane and abusive communications by the woman.\r
\r
I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau (they have an F rating) and they never responded. Worst of all was the woman actually calling my cell on two different occasions to scream at me for politely complaining. \r

I am now going to file a complaint with State's Attorney of Oregon.\r

Serious Juggling does not deserve to be in business.\r
\r
I gave them several opportunities over a period of several months to either\r
send me something or refund my money, but clearly they will do neither.\r

I am a professional entertainer and a 30-year member of the International Juggler's Association. Never have I been treated so abusively verbally by anybody in any company. And for no reason except politely checking in on my order every few weeks.\r

The lady basically bullied all other customers into submission.\r
\r
Serious Juggling does not deserve to be in business at all.\r
