Review content:
I attended Celia's for a business dinner, and we were catered to by two waiters for our the duration of our visit. The food portions are similar to that in a typical French bistro, but the flavors are dazzling. The depth of their wine list is also quite impressive. In addition, the restaurant is located in the basement of the famous Milwaukee Pfister. This truly lives up to its reputation.
