This place was my favorite when they were located on Lake St. And what happened to the customer service?
I went about a month ago when they were having a sale and I also had a discount coupon that was due to expire. Because I was shopping during the week at the dinner hour the store was not crowded. I found some blouses that I like and after trying them on was ready to buy. Could I find someone to help me? NO!! They were too busy changing some displays and there were four people in the store that evening. I waited at the counter for about 3 minutes cause I really wanted the clothes, but my patience wore thin & I left for the Santa Anita Mall where the service at that Eddie Bauer was 100% better.
Pros: Great sale
Cons: No Customer Service, Poor Parking
