I don't ever leave reviews either way but I was so impressed with them a couple of weeks ago. I needed 2 tires and they gave me a great deal on them but the tricky thing was that I was putting some custom rims on my Mercedes SEC that required different lug bolts. No one in town knew what I needed and how to get them(even rims and performance shops) and parts stores. I called Jennifer who runs the service desk and she said she would have them there in a 1/2 hour and to stop by. I arrived and sure enough she had exactly what I needed. She even fixed a problem that I had with another tire shop who didn't even know how to balance the tires properly, they were idiots and will go unnamed here. Knowledge of your products and your business is the key here and Jennifer and her father know what there doing. I doubt that I will ever go anywhere else now. Job well done!
