John did a great job from start to finish. We placed a call to AHS and John (from ARS) was assigned the job. Even though it was late in the evening, John stopped by instead of waiting until morning. He inspected the water heater and saw it needed replacement. He called AHS and got approval for installment of a new
one for the following day. He kept us informed of his schedule for the installation. He arrived as promised and installed the new one and removed the old one in a short time. John was courteous, knowledgable, personable, and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation.
