Businiess name:  Hitch King

Review content:
Hitch King did the worst possible job installing a Falcon Tow Bar on my Jeep Liberty. They totalled my front bumper by cutting ""installation holes"" into it (see pictures), instead of removing it and putting it back on later. 1000 USD damage on the bumper alone. \r The wiring did not work initially and after they had the car for three more days it was hooked up so that the cable was chafing on the drivetrain causing the electric of the Jeep to crash. Fuses in the motorhome and the Jeep were blowing out because Hitch King installed diodes only on some connections (using poor cut-in-connectors) not on all of them. \r The job, according to Hitch King Manager Donald ""Don"" was supposed to be a standard half-day routine issue; in the end they had the car for three and a half days and it took me two more weeks to fix the most immediate problems they caused with the car to be able to drive it and tow it. \r Nonetheless, Hitch King believes they should receive full payment and not pay any damages done to my car. We are going to trial about the issues, but if you still can, save yourself these troubles and avoid Hitch King in the first place.
