Lelia's Cleaning Service has been cleaning my home since 2002, so for the past eleven years consistently. There are a lot of cleaning services in the area; I've just had the best experience with them. My house is always clean when they're done. She tries to send the same crew consistently because then they know your home and are able to get in and out quickly.
They're very detailed in their cleaning in terms of not just doing surface areas. They'll get underneath couches or tables and dust ceiling fans and blinds. They don't cut any corners when they clean. They're very thorough and they're always punctual and on time. They call and give you a window of time and they always arrive within that window. That's important to me because I like to be able to have them come, get in, and get out, since I have small kids and work at home.
Lelia is always professional about specific concerns or requests. She always handles it very quickly. At one point, I had a house I was selling and needed a couple one-time cleanings because the house was really left unsanitary. Once they were done with it, it was spotless. And they will do extra things as well. Like if I've put my sheets through the wash, but haven't had the time to take them out, they'll know to find them and make the beds up, which is typically an extra service.
I have recommended Lelia to several of my friends, and I don't recommend people if I feel like they can't do a good job.
