I was not impressed with the office. It took me over a month to get in (and I really needed help at that moment). They give you a phone message 2 days prior to the appointment and patients with ADD/ADHD like myself would forget in 48 hours. Then they charge you for your missed appointment. When you finally get in there the Doctor will give you a script and then make a follow up appointment 1 month later, then 1 month later you are ready to talk and get help then the doctor tells you that he is not the one that you talk to, but you have to make an appointment with one of his counselors. So it?s been over 2 months and I still have not gotten the help I need. I was very disappointed. It was hard to make the call to get help in the first place and then when I finally did, I could not get the help I needed in the time frame that I needed. So now I will have to start over again, and I really don?t want to go through that mess again... Pros: Crazy front desk ladies, which makes you feel better about yourself Cons: If your new to getting mental help its not very user friendly
