HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere!!!!! Once a nice building, but recently sold and the new landlord completely ignores the tenants and does not maintain the building. Has no maintenance staff for a 40-50 unit building. You can do MUCH MUCH better at Old City rental prices, with ownership that actually cares about the building and values the tenants. \r

Seriously, if you don't believe this post, just stop any tenant on the way in/out of the front door, and they will confirm.
