Horrible. (Also address listed is wrong, they have moved to 123 Puuhale)\r \r Severely damaged car while towing. My car was towed at night and when I got to the lot to pick it up, 7 miles away, I found multiple scratches and dents, including a very large scrape along the right front side, and the rear bumper had a 10-inch crack that will require a complete replacement part.\r \r My car was parked outside on a small incline but they claimed that qualifies as difficult hookup, meaning an above- or below- ground hookup in a multilevel building, and charged us an extra $30 fee for a total of $190.\r \r Employee was rude from the start, with a condescending, arrogant attitude. He tried to intimidate me and completely denied that any damage was caused by the towing of the vehicle, He became much more polite when I called the police and an officer arrived to help sort out the problem, which I will be pursuing by way of a civil trial in small claims court.
