I've had no problems with Titusville Premier Self Storage. They are very cordial and very professional. I manage an apartment unit and we needed a storage unit to keep some of our material and equipment. I went in and the sales person that was there was very courteous, polite, and respectable. She did a professional job. I don't have any complaints--nothing bad to say about her. She was really professional, and that's more than I can say for some of the people I have contracted for me. If that company wants my recommendation they should keep her. Professionalism is one of my top qualities that I look for in the service industry.
I like having access to my storage unit 24 hours a day. With some places you go in and the keypad's messed up and you can't get in, so you have to track down the manager somewhere in the office. It's frustrating when you're in a hurry. There are only so many hours in the day and when you spend two or three hours trying to get into a unit, that's not productive. You don't get that at Titusville Premier Self Storage. I also noticed that they have cameras around there, which I appreciate. The service to me is top notch. It's 5 stars across the board.
