We were selling our house, so we needed to store our things at Titusville Premier Self Storage while we showed our house to potential buyers. We've been using them for about a month now, and so far, we're very impressed. The staff is wonderful. They're very helpful and accommodating. They worked with our availability when we requested to view some units. When we decided on which unit to go with, they had it cleaned and ready for us. All we had to do was move our stuff in. It's been an excellent service with great service. We would recommend them. more

I chose to use this facility due to a promotion that was effectively a lie. The service personnel were condicending and rude. I hope the place falls down a sink hole. :) more

As I frequently receive valuable packages, it is comforting to know that there is always someone to receive the product. It is an enjoyable part of my day to pick up the mail,grab a cup of coffee and visit a moment with Suzie. more

If I hadn't already paid for the unit till Oct I would have gone somewhere else. The unit was dirt webs everywhere. I had to clean the unit and spray it down to $@!#% all the spiders. I will be moving out by Oct 1. more

I have used the Titusville Premier Storage a few times to put away some items and presently use a larger unit for my boat. It is a clean facility with good security measures. I could not be more happy about my choice. Best storage in Titusville. more

staff is hard working, thoughtful, knowledgeable, clean bathroom. only suggestion: there seem to be a great deal of fasteners that appear in the driveways. roofers have a machine that magnetically picks up nails and screws. please consider having one or two of these machines rove thru a geography that makes sense. i haven't gotten a flat yet, but i fear i may some day due to these laying about. i suspect that tenants are unsuspectingly dropping them as they move in and out? more

I've had no problems with Titusville Premier Self Storage. They are very cordial and very professional. I manage an apartment unit and we needed a storage unit to keep some of our material and equipment. I went in and the sales person that was there was very courteous, polite, and respectable. She did a professional job. I don't have any complaints--nothing bad to say about her. She was really professional, and that's more than I can say for some of the people I have contracted for me. If that company wants my recommendation they should keep her. Professionalism is one of my top qualities that I look for in the service industry. I like having access to my storage unit 24 hours a day. With some places you go in and the keypad's messed up and you can't get in, so you have to track down the manager somewhere in the office. It's frustrating when you're in a hurry. There are only so many hours in the day and when you spend two or three hours trying to get into a unit, that's not productive. You don't get that at Titusville Premier Self Storage. I also noticed that they have cameras around there, which I appreciate. The service to me is top notch. It's 5 stars across the board. more

Titusville Premier Self Storage is a really nice modern facility that provides clean storage units with updated locking system and fenced security. When we were moving in some items like a new refrigerator one of the staff assisted us in every way she could. It was greatly appreciated. Security is some of the best and the storage units are nice and clean. Office professional and staff were very courteous and helpful. We highly recommend using them when you are moving or storing. more
