Yeah, your review pretty much sums it up. We haven't been in here for a year yet and already with the problems! They are HORRIBLE! Where do I even start?!\r \r First when I moved in, there were bugs coming OUT OF THE SINK!!! Like, they lived in the drain or something! I called the exterminator 3 times as well, but I guess they realized there was a problem so now they don't charge for it and apparently the exterminator is now "routinely on-duty" every Thursday. \r \r Secondly, they towed my car also. I was out of town for the week when they sent the notices around on THURSDAY that they would be repaving during that weekend on the driveways, but don't you think they would have given their residents more notice? 2 days doesn't qualify as reasonable to me.\r \r Thirdly, maintenance came into my apartment on a weekend while I was out without calling me for what they called "an HVAC" emergency, which resulted in a giant hole in my wall, an incomplete repair which they only finished when I calle
