I am a current resident at Park Town Place but I can't wait to move out. How can I start.. don't be fooled by the nice office and the attention you will receive at the time of your appointment. They just want your money and will not be there for you when you have a problem. We moved in and several items in the apartment were broken or not working..8 months later the list still alive. Nothing has been done after multiple calls, e-mails, visits..you name it. We also lived here for 3 months without a working stove.. again nothing was done AND We continue to pay rent ON TIME every month. We had mice, we had roaches, we had cigarette smoked coming into the vent.. again nothing done. All the people working in the office are a bunch of incompetent people. They get nothing done after your sign your lease. In my opinion, they should all be fired. to finalize.. if you lose your job and can no longer pay for rent you are screwed. They wont let you leave unless you pay 2 MONTHS of rent..close to $
