Review content:
This company has wonderful products. They carry very good quality doors and motors. The only real downfall, and it is a big one is their manner in which they deal with customers. First time customers, the workers are very helpful and very nice. When they install, the installers and technicians are great, very friendly, and quick. When you need some maintenance or guidance, they are just plain rude. The workers have no professional skills. They are pushy, rude, and hang up on customers. This is no way to do a business. If you want a great installation and a great product, you should call for installation, but look for another company to do the maintenance.
