Anaheim Door

Had a garage door installed 4 years ago and it still looks and works as good as it did day one. Had an issue with the proximity sensor coming loose and breaking the beam when the garage closed due to vibration, but Anaheim Door came out the next day and readjusted free of charge. The garage is a pretty standard door, but a still believe the store deserves a good rating. more

Its a terrible product. They don't even stand behind their product. You get Warranties, but good luck collecting on the warranteis. Once the door's in you apparently are not considered a customer. You call for help and no response. Avoid this Company at all costs, unless you like being screwed. more

The sale person came in and acted very (in my opinion) arragantly and kept on throwing names around such as this door (my existing door) is built by so and so and they are crap...etc. He game me an estimate that was over $2,200.00 (for two 8x7 doors and motor and everything). He told me that brown doors take 7-8 weeks to get. I told him I will think about it. The next day, I got a call from another person offering for me to buy the paint and give it to them and they knock off $200.0 off the price. The next day they called and offered to lower the original estimated price by nearly $350.00. However, by then, I had already hired AVAUNT GARAGE DOORS. They are owener operated and much better then either MESA, Anaheim, or even Costco. I highly recommend them. This is the honest truth. Pros: Quick Estimate and great follow up Cons: They are not upfront about pricing and play games more

Anaheim Door is one of the best contractor's I have worked with over the years. I am typically a bit skeptical of contractors and as such do my research before hand. I found Anaheim Door has a couple locations with large established showrooms and full-size doors. They have been in business over 30 years; longer than most any other s. California door company. I received several recommendations from friends and neighbors. They were very professional and timely. I am very happy with Anaheim Door from the first day I walked into the showroom thru the day was installed. I highly recommend Anaheim Door for anyone looking for a quality garage door installed by a very reputable company. My sales representative was George and I would recommend him as well. more

I ordered 3 doors and despite this large job, I was continually given change orders by George upping the price. We ordered "custom doors", that we due in a few weeks, but this took well over a month. When they came to install them, they modified my house by adding wood to the house (looks stupid). The tech explained that these doors come on fixed sizes. So much for custom! Trust nothing from these assholes! What a fucking mess!! more

We have been completely happy with Anaheim Door from beginning to end on two different occasions. We first purchased our garage door from them. Being very busy, I appreciated the installer being punctual. The job was completed within the time-frame we were quoted. Anaheim Door was our first and only call when we decided months later to install French Doors across the back of our home. Again, the installer, Marc, was punctual and his carpentry and workmanship was top-notch. Whenever we have an opportunity to refer business for any type of doors, we always refer to Anaheim Door. more

Sorry but cant recommend a company that cant even follow up. They were always late the two times they came out to my house trying to give me an estimate. Price was a little high and I read the other comments already posted here so I passed. Went with Door and Window Plus in South El Monte. 626-399-1569 more

Anaheim Door sells very good products. Their products come with warranties, and are very sturdy/reliable. But the downside is, within the warranty, you may ask the company to come out to inspect or fix the door, and they will hang up on you, or not call you back. Sometimes you may have an appointment with them and they will not show up. They have horrible customer service. The lady that answers the phone can be very rude at times. If you are a new customer, you will not experience this problem. But as an old time customer, it's become worse. It was never like this until the past 4 years. more

This company has wonderful products. They carry very good quality doors and motors. The only real downfall, and it is a big one is their manner in which they deal with customers. First time customers, the workers are very helpful and very nice. When they install, the installers and technicians are great, very friendly, and quick. When you need some maintenance or guidance, they are just plain rude. The workers have no professional skills. They are pushy, rude, and hang up on customers. This is no way to do a business. If you want a great installation and a great product, you should call for installation, but look for another company to do the maintenance. more

Anaheim Door products are of World class. They carry very good quality doors and motors. If you want a great installation and a great product, you should call for installation. Their staff is very professional and well trained and have good understanding of how to deal with the customer. I recommand their services to my friends and knowns. They always have good varities of doors available in stock. more
