Review content:
I moved here from Richmond VA; I expected the same 'Capital City' nightlife that is jumpin' in VA; I am disappointed; If I had to give some pros of CC's they would be laid-back atmosphere, decent DJ, diversity on any given night, and fair prices; my biggest con would be the outdated decor (even if management is trying to pay homeage to the 80's), the next biggest con would be the shows (could use to book better and more new to the area performers---even if it means bringing performers from out of state). The bartenders could be a bit more respectful of those patrons who don't drink; because we tip for good customer service, too (even if all we are asking for IS a glass or bottle of water). Non-drinkers pay to get in, also. Overall, it's okay. There ARE some terrific people working there and with the exception of a couple of the bartenders I've otherwise been treated very well. Thank you for letting me give 2 cents worth. Liz in N. Raleigh
Pros: Laid-back atmosphere, diversity
Cons: Outdated decor, redundant shows
