We had both our kids enrolled at the Wellington Children's Courtyard in Flower Mound for the past three years. We took them out in Fall '08 after being completely unsatisfied with their management team.\r \r We had enrolled our kids three years ago when Janine Howard used to manage the day care. Ever since she left, the management team has not been able to find an effective school director. We saw three school directors go through the revolving door during our tenure. All the exceptional teachers we had come to like quit the school during this time. Their pre-school enrollment has dropped by more than 50%. \r \r The overall impact has been very negative and it has rubbed off on the staff as well. There has been a heavy turnover of teachers. Everyone seems to be doing their job as if there was no other alternative and it reflected in our kids not liking to go to the day care any more.
