Each inidividual I spoke with at this property management company was rude and cold. Having rented a unit in one of their properties for 2.5 years I got to know the players well and found that each tenant I spoke with had a story similar to mine. Havingnow moved, I can safely say (without fear of retribution) that my spiritual/religious affiliation was questioned (I am Jewish, and fairly liberal in my affiliation), each of my concerns was treated with disrespect, and none of my concerns was ever takenseriously until I registered a complaint with the Rent Board. These concerns included rats in the basement where the laundry facilities are, non-tenants appearing on the roof alone and in the basement alone, having secured entry alone, lights in the stairways were often out (45 degree angle stairs with no windows to add light), front security gate lock did not work when it rained as was the case with the security phone, etc. The office manager seemed to operate by intimidation and that ap
