The extreamly rude and un-knoweldgeable staff at posin insulted my inteligence by offering to buy a 9.5 gram 14k jewery for $70.00. they weigh there gold in penny weight which the attendend didn't know how many grams that would convert to. I will say that the jewlery repairman is exelent at his job as have had peices serviced before. Then i asked about a trade they were still way off the mark, as there items are twice what they should be. I went down the road and more than doubled my money in cold hard cash. dont let them rip you off like the hundereds they have already.
