i found it refreshing they didnt waste time calling nd reminding for appts ect/ i am an adut if i make an appt i'll be there. then people have the nerve to complain if they get charged for missing. .they have taken care of faxing my mail order rxs promptly. i have found there staff to care, to be funny when appropriate and ive never had to overwait in the waiting room like so many places. they seem like family. my son now goes to ashbrook as his pediatrician days are over. i was very sorry to read the negative review on here. i guess it all comes down to personal experience and mine had been good. i kinda like how dr. j and his staff pretty much insist you do things we know we should all do like reg cholest checks and all that. when i go in for yearly physical i really feel he cares and is thourogh. i just wish they would get their scale fixed...its always about 25 to 30 pounds over. ahem
