Customer service at this branch is horrible. I needed one new tire and, as it was a bit of an emergency, I first agreed to pay $129 for a Goodyear tire that should have cost around $70. This company then slips an additional $20 lifetime warranty past you, guaranteeing free repairs, mumbling as though it's required. And then, as I sat waiting nearly 2 hours for them to put on ONE tire, I heard a customer complaining that the warranty he bought "turned out to be no warranty" as they wouldn't fix his tire. I should have walked out then. After the excruciatingly long wait. I was happy to get out of there. Flash forward to three weeks later. I get a nail in my tire and return there for my free fix. Not a soul in the waiting room, yet the guy in charge tells me there with be an hour and half wait to get it fixed! I got mad and asked the name of another repair shop. Drove a block, and this shop fixed my tire in 15 minutes for free! Avoid America's Tire in Ventura like typhoid. It has to be o
