I have purchase at least 3 sets of tires from this store,\r not including rotations and free repairs. Like any auto service facility, it is busy at certain times, so you may have to wait if you don't have an appointment. Saturday mornings can be tough, as a queue often builds at the door prior to opening.\r I have always found the staff helpful, and they do their best to serve you promptly. more

Customer service at this branch is horrible. I needed one new tire and, as it was a bit of an emergency, I first agreed to pay $129 for a Goodyear tire that should have cost around $70. This company then slips an additional $20 lifetime warranty past you, guaranteeing free repairs, mumbling as though it's required. And then, as I sat waiting nearly 2 hours for them to put on ONE tire, I heard a customer complaining that the warranty he bought "turned out to be no warranty" as they wouldn't fix his tire. I should have walked out then. After the excruciatingly long wait. I was happy to get out of there. Flash forward to three weeks later. I get a nail in my tire and return there for my free fix. Not a soul in the waiting room, yet the guy in charge tells me there with be an hour and half wait to get it fixed! I got mad and asked the name of another repair shop. Drove a block, and this shop fixed my tire in 15 minutes for free! Avoid America's Tire in Ventura like typhoid. It has to be o more

My car was in need of a 60 thousand mile service and I wanted to buy two new tires but apparently that wasn't enough to warrant good service or specific answers. If you are okay with quotes like, "that'll cost a couple of hundred dollars..." than this is the place for you. But if you would like to be treated with respect than keep looking. more
