I normally call Roto-Rooter for cloggede drains but this time I thought I'd try a ""discount"" service. Since they were delayed in getting to my home I called Roto-Rooter before they arrived.The discount plumber came and were very rude. They didn't seem to be very knowledgable and gave me quote. I sent them packing.\r

Roto-Rooter came as advertised, within the hour, and was very pleasant. He provided a quote which I accepted. It was the same price as the first plumber. \r

On the phone I had been advised by the clerk to check the internet for coupons. I had printed a $50 coupon which the plumber accepted. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant about it.\r
