I've had this on my chest for 4 years now, and I don't think I could live with myself if I didn't get it out.\r

My mother made me an appointment to see Dr. Waradzyn at Helm & Helm because one of the Helms is her OBGYN and he actually delivered myself and my sister. I was 16 and still a virgin when I went in. Dr. W was informed of my virginity as well as the fact that it was my first visit and, despite all that,she was extremely rough with me. She didn't do anything to ease my worries, or calm me down as I was crying and clawing at the bed in pain. She didn't introduce herself to me, give me a run-down of the procedure, inform me of anything, she just rushed through it, painfully probing and pawing me.\r

When I was 17 I had my first boyfriend and we became intimate. I had what I thought was a yeast infection, so I called Helm & Helm and told them I needed to make an appointment and that it was urgent because I was in pain. I was told that they couldn't find space for me for two weeks.
