It's really tough because although I have used them in the past, they continually seem to drive me crazy each time I go in with my two cats. They are over the top for expensive and probably unnecessary testing. The result was a wopping bill for my two cats that almost gave this human a heart attack. And to add to the stress, the whole ordeal lasted two hours because these highly trained techs couldn't draw blood and urine from a helpless sixteen year old cat.
