When I moved to Richmond from Houston four years ago, I ran across The Gold Connection. I happened to go in there to look for a gift, and have been going to them for everything since. I get my repairs, dips, gifts and a little something for myself every now and then and have NEVER been disappointed. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in the door... it's nice to go to a shop when you can hear the laughter as soon as you drive up. Never too stuffy or serious, it's a fun place to go if you like personalized, knowledgeable service with a smile.
